RUD-Varna JSC is a real-estate investment company with many years of experience in the field of real-estate development. The company started its activity in 1999 and for more than 20 years has specialized in the construction of residential and administrative buildings, trenchless laying of pipes, road construction, construction of external and internal water supply and sewerage networks, as well as construction and repair of telecommunication networks.

All of RUD-Varna’s high-rise construction projects have been completed with RUD-Varna’s own investments.

The company is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of four people. Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director is Zhivko Valchanov.

The motto of RUD – Varna JSC is „Trust earned through quality and professionalism“.

The Management of RUD – Varna JSC plans and implements the processes in accordance with the wishes of customers, the competence and responsibility of its employees, complying with the accepted norms for health and safety at work and the environment. Our aim is to offer competitive services with high quality, which will guarantee the existence and development of the company.

The main motto of RUD – Varna JSC is presented in the expression:

To achieve this goal, the company has implemented an integrated system for quality management, health and safety at work and the environment in accordance with the requirements of standards BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015, BDS EN ISO 14001: 2015 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007.

The management of “RUD – Varna” JSC applies the Integrated Management System and with its daily management activities provides conditions for its effective functioning and works actively and purposefully to establish its principles in all activities and units of the company. Through the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System, the management of “RUD – Varna” JSC strives to achieve its main goals and serve best the following:

The responsibility for the implementation of the current quality policy, as well as the objectives arising from it, lies with the Executive Director of “RUD – Varna” JSC.

The policy is subject to review at least once a year for evaluation of its adequacy and implementation in the framework of the management review.
