SUNNY SEASONS I - Exploitation
The Investor RUD - Varna JSC shall organize the maintenance of the residential complex again agreed monthly payments.
The fees shall cover the following expenses:

- Cleaning and maintenance the green areas and the parking zone;
- Cleaning and maintenance the outdoor pools;
- Maintenance staircase lighting and alley lighting;
- Ensuring lift maintenance service subscription basis;
- Payment of the electric and water supply bills for the common areas;
- Ecological and hygienic-sanitary procedures;
- Forwarding the post received by the PRINCIPAL to address, requested by him;
- Installation maintenance of the common areas;
- Supervising the general conditions in the building, the garden, the water supply chain and the electrical installation.
