“RUD - VARNA” JSC is specialized in the road, telecommunication and high-rise construction. The management body of the company consists of five people. The chairman of the Board of the Directors and Executive Director is Zhivko Valchanov. “RUD - Varna” JSC is the private owner of “RUD – Invest” Ltd.
“RUD - Varna” JSC has Certificate Nr. BG13460Q, issued by Bureau Veritas Certification for compliance with the quality standard requirements ISO 9001:2008. The implemented MQS (Management Quality System) ensures the high quality execution.
In 2007 “RUD – Varna” AD was entered in the Central Professional Register of Builders pursuant to the Bulgarian Construction Chamber Act for execution of construction sites with the following range:
* First group – high-rise construction, adjoining infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities – construction sites from second to fifth category;

The main concern of the leadership of RUD - Varna JSC is to plan and carry out processes in accordance with the wishes of customers and the competence and responsibility to its employees, following the accepted standards for health and safety and the environment. We strive to offer competitive services with high quality, which ensures the existence and development of the company.
The main motto of RUD - Varna JSC is presented in the expression: "Trust, conquered with quality and professionalism" but our main goal - to satisfy the maximum demands and expectations of our customers, employees and society. To achieve this goal the company has implemented an integrated system for quality management, health and safety at work and the environment in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008, BS EN ISO 14001:2005 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
The leadreship of RUD - Varna JSC is involve with the integrated management system and with with their everyday managerial activity provides conditions for its effective functioning and work actively and purposefully for the affirmation of its principles in all activities and units of the company. Through the development and implementation of integrated management system, management of RUD - Varna JSC seeks to achieve its main objectives in the following areas:

- Strict compliance with the contracts agreed with customers and build trusted relationships based on honesty, reliability and information sharing;
